The Penneys store in Carlow has just been reopened, after a major multi-million Euro refurbishment and redevelopment of the existing unit.
The 27,400 square foot store is situated in Kennedy Avenue and will “revitalise” and give a welcome boost to the Carlow town centre.
The new store’s electrical infrastructure design included a diesel generator, to provide emergency backup power to the site during a mains failure. PM POWER was nominated as the preferred supplier to supply, install and commission a new 150kVA CUMMINS diesel generator.
The generator is fitted in a close fit, sound attenuated, canopy, with the full installation on site being carried out by the PM POWER Installation Team. This included offloading and positioning, supply and installation of the new air inlet duct system and full exhaust system.
